Q.How can I check the delivery?
If you are a member, you can check the delivery of the product you ordered on the [My page] → [Order/Track] menu. If you are a non-member, you can check both order number and email information on the [Order/Track] menu.
Q.When can I get the delivery?
Choice Bio is shipped once a day. ★ Orders paid/deposited from 2 p.m. to 2 p.m. the day before shipping in the afternoon will generally be received within 1–3 days after shipment, and in case of heavy orders, it may take up to 5 days. (Delivery may vary by region. ) If you have any detailed inquiries or requests, please contact the one-on-one inquiry board on the website.
Q.How much is the shipping fee?
Free shipping if you purchase more than 30,000 won in actual payment. (Additional charges will be incurred in Jeju Island, mountainous areas, and island areas.)

How long do I have to make the deposit after applying for the payment through bankbook deposit?
The account number exposed when paying through bankbook deposit is a virtual account number provided by PG company, and if you do not deposit it within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
Can I order over the phone?

Is card payment really safe?
Through the network of KCP, an electronic payment (PG) service, you can connect Internet e-commerce companies and banks of domestic credit card companies to one, based on security, which is the core of electronic payment, and receive an electronic authentication system every time you pay.
Can non-members also buy it?
You can also purchase (order) as a member/non-member. If you are a non-member, you can only check the order number, and if you don’t remember the order number, please contact the customer service center. I'd like to exchange/cancel/return the product, what are the possible criteria?
In the case of the buyer’s simple change of mind, you must apply for an exchange/return within 7 days of receipt of the product and bear the return fee. However, if the product received is different from the mark, advertisement, or there is a defect in the product, you can apply for an exchange or return within 30 days of knowing the fact, and the seller is responsible for the return fee. However, exchange/return is not possible in the following cases.
1. If the return request period notified by the site has passed
2. If a product is lost or damaged due to the buyer’s responsible reasons
3. If the value of a reproducible product is significantly reduced due to the buyer’s use or some consumption
4. If the value of a product is significantly reduced to the extent that it is difficult to resell it 6. If the free gift and other samples, etc. are omitted from the purchase.
What should I do with the return shipping fee?
In the case of return or exchange because of product defect or misdelivery, the return shipping fee is free. In the case of return because of a simple change of mind or your situation, the round trip shipping fee (KRW 5,000) is borne by the customer.
⊙ In the case of a simple change of mind of the buyer – You can apply for exchange/return within 7 days of receiving the product, and after receiving it through the 1:1 bulletin board (order name, mobile phone number, order date, order number) – If the package is damaged or opened or used, and if gifts and samples included in the receipt are omitted, exchange or return is not possible.

If you think it’s a side effect from the product and want an exchange or refund, the procedure is as follows.

How do I use the point?
The accumulated points can be used when purchasing products from Choice Bio and can be used from more than 100 won.
What are the expiration dates of points and coupons?
⊙ Point reserves can be used for 12 to 24 months from the time they are accumulated, and those not used within that period will be extinguished as of January 1 every year. (e.g., reserves extinguished on January 1, 2018: ~ December 31, 2016)
⊙ If each coupon issued exceeds the expiration date, the benefit will expire and you cannot claim the expired coupon again.
